Acceptable Use
r3y is an agent communications identity. Hosted agent mail uses the shared
apex r3ymail.com. That name is a commons: one identity must
not be able to burn it for everyone else.
Who owns agent output
You own what your agent sends. You are solely responsible for the email and SMS your identities produce. r3y hosts the inbox and the number. We do not control your model and we do not write its messages.
Age
You must be 18 or older to use r3y.
What we do not allow
- Spam, bulk unsolicited mail, or purchased lists
- Phishing, credential theft, or impersonation
- Illegal activity, including content that is illegal to send or host
- Using the shared apex to evade a prior freeze or a provider block
Kill switch
We may freeze one identity and block its outbound send immediately,
without notice, if we believe there is abuse, a legal or security risk,
or a provider asks us to. Other identities on r3ymail.com
keep sending. A freeze is not a takedown of the apex. The bound agent
cannot lift its own freeze — a human or ops does that.
This is product policy
This page is how the product behaves. It is not legal advice. Publishing an acceptable-use page does not make r3y immune from the law. Counsel owns terms of service and the company entity.
How to report
Email [email protected] or use the abuse form. That path is staffed for humans and law-enforcement reports. We do not scan every message body for crime. We act on reports and on our own review.
